After a week + of not being able to workout d/t an injury, I finally got back on the treadmill/elliptical yesterday. I was only able to do about 30 minutes before my foot started hurting too much to continue. I woke up and did another 30 minutes this morning and then I have my trainer after work. I'm frustrated that I can't run right now because the weight was really falling off when I jogged 4 miles/day. I hope that I can start running again sometime next week.

I've made up for my lack of exercise with very strict calorie-counting (except for the veggie calzone I ordered for the Packers game Saturday night!) My last weigh-in was 231...I'm hoping to show at least a 2 lb loss this Thursday. I won't beat myself up if it's less than that...any loss is a great thing!

Ugh, time to get ready to leave for work...I'll write more later!
