I try not to get on the scale too often because I tend to obsess over the numbers. I went ahead and weighed myself yesterday since it had been a while and boy has the weight creeped back up! SCARY! I'm not quite sure what to do. I mean, I know I need to buckle down and really start working out but I find it so hard to keep myself accountable. :(
