Why is it every time I really get on the ball and start working out I get sick? I swear it happens every time. About a month after I get back in the swing of things I get sick and then end up falling off the wagon.
My throat hurts and I feel like ralphing. I woke up yesterday with the same thing. There's no way I'm going to be able to exercise today and I didn't exercise yesterday either.
I'm starting to get convinced that something doesn't want me losing weight because this happens *every* time.
40 exercise minutes so far this week. My goal was only 90 so it's still doable, but still, it's frustrating to get sick every time I get full steam ahead.
