Well, I did pretty good yesterday. I stayed in the recommended calories given to me, but it included a slice of pizza. I should have just stayed away period, but I am proud that I stopped at one slice, instead of my usual 3 or 4 slices! I could have made something more healthy is what bothers me most, however. I need to quit being so lazy about things and take that extra step, especially with losing weight. I do not want these pounds on me, and I need to step it up!
