The Conclusion of my 5 day juice fast

Breakfast: 1 banana, 3 oranges, ½ cup rolled oats, & 1 cup strawberries …made about 24 oz.
Mid Morning Snack: ½ banana, ½ cup mango, 327 grams pineapple…about 20 oz
Lunch: ¼ banana, 1/4 cup mango, 164 grams pineapple, & ½ cup strawberries
Dinner: ¼ banana, ¼ cup mango, 164 grams pineapple, ½ cup strawberries, 32 grapes, 2 ½ cups spinach, 75 grams cucumber, & 2 Tbls ground flaxseed …about 24 oz
Conclusions: I really like this style of eating. I need to add some healthy fats and proteins, and experiment with more unfamiliar fruits and veggies. I will probably continue to have juice during the day, and eat a protein based dinner with the family. I am getting much faster at preparing the produce. It took less than an hour last night, which is a huge improvement for me. I have more mental clarity and am less moody. As far as my weight goes, I lost an average of 1 lb. per day.
