ARRRrrr...I think I'd rather walk the plank!

My friend talked me into this challenge and I am more than challenged. I will do what I can, but good lord, what was I thinking??? This is hard, and I thought I was in decent shape. Even at 120 seconds, I had to take several 5-8 second breaks. Today is 150 seconds...I am scared!

Nevertheless, I am glad I am doing it. But, I tell'ya, at about 80 seconds, I definitely would rather be walking the plank than doing one!

    Wow. That is really an aggressive timeline. I was up to doing 3 3-minute planks this summer/fall. Now I'm able to do 2 minute planks on days when I feel strong and rested. Good luck with that.
