How to break your butt without really trying...

I broke my butt! Well, technically I fractured my tailbone. It was really easy to do but I don't recommend it. My foot slipped on a stair and wham, bam, thank you m'am, down I went to land with a great deal of force on my tailbone. It didn't help that the momentum also propelled me down the entire flight of stairs so my butt hit every one. Ouch! Since it is broken but not displaced, they don't do anything for it. I just have to avoid putting any pressure on it. That's easier said than done. Do you have any idea how much we use our butt? Sitting, standing, walking, laying -- it doesn't seem to matter, your butt is involved. From the constant aching pain in the butt (pun intended) to embar-ass-ment, it is frankly no fun. Actually, I guess in a way it is fun cause I've gotten a lot of laughs from this despite the pain. Quite a number of butt jokes have sprung up as you can imagine. All my exercise plans have been put on hold until my butt heals- at a minimum about 3-4 weeks. It's part of my journey so I am trying to be positive and look on the bright least I didn't hit my head or break my back.
