Where did my motivation go?

Oh my, I went to the gym today and I just wanted to get done with my workout! I ran for 35 minutes but then when I did the Elliptical, it seemed to take FOREVER AND EVER!!! I never thought I was going to get done! Running is a lot harder than the Elliptical so it's not really that I was hurting or was out of breath, but that it was just BORING! Why does motivation waver so much? Some days I could work out all day and I don't even mind, other days I just want to run out the door! And I've been trying to talk myself out of going to the gym all together lately, which scares me! I think about it too much! I just wish this was easier, I wish I loved working out ALL the time, not just part-time. Maybe I need something different to UNbore me! I don't know...any suggestions??? Working out outside isn't an option because I HATE cold weather with a passion...and it's pretty cold! I don't want to do exercise videos at all either and doing exercises classes is out because I have to pay extra to go to them at my gym. BLAAAH
