I will not worry

Well I had to stop weiging my self because I start to get discouraged. You know I lost ten lbs in three weeks and I was excited. After that the lbs stopped, until I measured myself. Right now I am losing inches instead of lbs and gaining muscles. The thing is I can become so impatient at times and I just want things to fly by. I hope that I can lose 30 by my birthday. So I decided to work out twice a day instead of 1x. In the morning after breakfast digest then again later midway before dinner. I hope this works .

    My Dad used to say everything worth having takes time and effort. I never realized how true that was until I started on this journey a few years ago.
    It looks like you're very dedicated to getting fit and healthy and staying that way. Keep pushing through and eventually that scale will match your effort!

    And remember muscle weighs more than fat, so that in itself can get you mad at the scale. But losing inches, that is AWESOME, keep doing what you're doing, but we will have no self doubt, give yourself credit where it is due and I think you deserve a lot of credit for taking care of YOU.

    Unfortunately, this process does take time and patience. Not what we want to hear, and not what Society teaches us, but it is the truth. I just lifted you up in prayer...we all have our "heart" issues that manifest themselves in outward ways. I prayed for clarity and healing from those issues, as well as strength and encouragement.
