Oh the weather outside is frightful...

...but that won't deter me. The temperatures and wind chill are above zero, so I don't have to endure frozen nostrils and icicles on my eyelashes. It's a snow/sleet mix, but I was able to find a paved bike trail for a 20-minute run and had zero wipeouts.
Today I started a 90-Day Challenge and am drinking Body By Vi shakes to give me more energy as I get back in shape and drop weight. I'm hoping to gain more energy like I used to have to be able to handle a day of work, a vigorous workout, etc. each day without feeling like I've been run over by a truck that repeatedly backed over me until it ran out of gas. The biggest challenge is going to be sleep; I am still on my college sleep schedule and used to running on 3-4 hours of sleep a night. I'm trying to gradually get back to high school when I would sleep 7-8 hours a night. That's key to energy, weight loss, and overall health. After a run and a cardio workout in a little bit, I'm hoping I will be tuckered out enough tonight that getting a full night's sleep will be no problem!
