I must Spark-----Because-------
-----I will not survive in the fashion I wish, if I continue to eat like I have since Xmas--
-----Indigestion feels terrible--
-----A "'too full feeling"" makes me feel sick---
-----When I exercise, I am proud of my accomplishments-
----I could weigh 1000 pounds if I wasn't Sparking and making healthy eating a big part of my day!

Lord Love a Duck-----Yesterday I decided --""Enough!""------
I journaled----ALL day-----I discovered that------1200 to 1500 calories is NOT a lot of food! I went to bed feeling hungry--but I woke up feeling fine this morning and proud of how I managed yesterday----
Now--If I can do it again to-day---CONSISTENCY is the key---

The wash is in-----The snow plough guy is here ploughing----The Germans are chomping at the bit to go out (as in dogs)----and I have 1 good day under my belt---

    Tracking is a great tool to bring us back in line...and we discover we can indeed survive on less calories (even when the brain tries to trick us into believing the opposite...ha).     The first day back is always the hardest... once you get that routine back, you won't feel as "hungry"... and once you stop being influenced by fast carbs... I'm with the protein and veggies for volume!

    For your activity level, that is way too low! BOGUSANNIE is correct - add more protein and everytime you have protein you should be eating a carb with it!

    I need a little of that encouragement! You go girl! I thought I would have to go outside with an ice pick this morning. We had about 1/2 inch of ice on everything last night, but when I got up and let Indiana outside, it was almost 50 degrees F. Really warm after last week! Then I checked the weather and after getting to 60 tomorrow, we drop to the teens and single digits by Thursday! What weird weather!
