de-cluttering update ,'8^@

Whoops!

I made SO much progress when my friend was here to counsel me; and i've managed to keep it up, n' enjoy the peace & quiet feeling from Not! having the clutter in plain sight.

BUT, i haven't progressed any further. I Need!!!! to make More! progress by the time DH arrives home, or she may be disappointed instead of thrilled. And I WANT her to Be HAPPY to live with me, and not just Put Up with it!

So, I'll have to put aside my challenges for today, forget about struggling thru the bad weather to take SIL to get her teeth repaired ~aGAIn~ and put in some Good Time!! to make things more! organized, and more! peaceful.

I hope my teamies and all my friends n family will understand my sort of Frozen-in-time -ness right now; i Know!! tho, that i'll be able to UnFreeze, as soon as i get One Visible Spot done! My Counselor Tells Me So, and i DO Believe her!

Here's to PROGRESS!!!

    I too like the 15 minutes a day process. It is amazing how quick things can get cluttered...no matter how often you tell yourself...I am not going to let it get that way again. (at least that is what happens to me). People say...one day at a time...I say, baby steps...15 minutes at a time. I tried the flylady.com method and liked it but never could follow through. I may have to try that again and make it part of my weekly goals.

    My friend. I am right there with you! You can do this and feel better both about your newly peaceful home and so yourself. I am dedicating at least 15 minutes tonight to get it done! Not sure what I'll work on yet, probably the cubes we have next to the kitchen sink counter so I can move it to it's new home beside the back window.

    Have you found fly lady...I like that her ideas are usually finished in 15 minutes...she is very doable and helps you work on stuff on going instead of killing you all at once. Good luck emoticon
