Well hello...

It's April 10th and tomorrow is your BIRTHDAY! What a lovely gift you have given yourself: a fit and trim body, a positive outlooks, and healthy habits all around. It was a gift well-earned.

Over the past 10-12 weeks you were CONSISTENT with tracking what you ate, exercising at least 5 days a week and you started doing yoga! Seeing your calorie numbers in black and white allowed you to have a reality check and do some tweaking to your diet. The best results came from not wasting calories on junk food and staying within range at least 5 days a week.

You finally got off your booty and MOVED. The more you did it, the more you continued to do it. It started slow...a 30-minute treadmill walk, or an easy Zumba tape. But within a few weeks, you'd found your mojo and almost never missed a planned workout session.

And how wonderful that the Pixies added Yoga Wednesday to the mix. You did the positions that Wendy posted and it felt soooo good to do them. :-) So you kept it up and it helped stretch you out and relieve stress. You liked it so much that yoga is now a staple in your exercise program.

Well, have a fabulous day tomorrow. You deserve it!!! Stay away from the CAKE! :-D
