Stick to your "eating plan"to-day. You'll feel better about yourself to-morrow,
A half hour of brisk walking burns up 300 calories and gives a glow to the body, mind and spirit.
Calories do count; don't squander them on food you don't really enjoy!
It's cold here to-day----It's the end of January--We gained an hour of daylight. Yesterday we saw freezing rain fall all day---It made for a great deal of ""salting"" and shovelling ice---and snow crashing off our tin roof---Son #3 and family, made it to Cuba-for a weeks holiday---It is minus 23C here this morning--In Cuba I think it is 30F----
And so, I will Spark----as if mylife depends on it---because it does!!!
