so-----why do I give up--everyday, after supper--in front of the TV-----?????
Last night I ate nuts------way too many---
so------to-nite I shall NOT do that--- --perhaps resurrecting my knitting with a bottle of water --or a cuppa tea would be a better plan!

So----It's Feb.-----a new month---If I made a 3 month plan now to Spark sensibly, by May 1st, I could be healthier, happier and proud of myself-----
So-----I am posting, that for the next 3 mos (Well, it's a start!)---I shall SPARK SENSIBLY------

    I'm gonna make that same 3 month sensible plan WITH you! And, here's a suggestion, when you want to eat those nuts, or ANYTHING that you want to eat at night, go and look in the mirror...I've seen you in your pictures posted recently...and I think you look emoticon so go look in the mirror and remember that! (you DO look emoticon , ya know!)

    Love the picture with the baby.

    I'm like you, after supper is the time I am most tempted. But I find having a cup or two of tea really helps. I make a sort of ritual of it, making the tea with boiling water in a tea pot [not just in my cup]. I let it steep the proper length of time and then serve it in one of my mother's china cup and saucers. Then I settle in to enjoy the tea, concentrating on the flavor I've chosen, the warmth of it, etc. It seems to be really helping me. I haven't snacked mindlessly in the evening for a couple of weeks now. I'm also doing some knitting, a mostly white baby blanket, can't eat and do that at the same time.

    Here's to a great February.

    My favorite saying . . . Sweat is fat crying! I remember that when I'm tempted to "veg out" in front of the TV. If I do decide to watch, I walk or march in place, at least during commercials.

    As for nuts . . . Hooooo boy. Love 'em too. Have to portion them out or I'm in trouble! I have those little snackie sized baggies and that's what I put my portion controlled amt. of nuts in and once they're gone . . . well, they're gone.
