February Goals

Ok so I saw a friend of mine do this and thought what a fantastic idea. To have it written down somewhere what I will commit to this month. These are goals that are attainable, not something that would be miraculous.
- 8 cups of water minimum per day
- 60,000 steps per week
- Run on treadmill 3X week
- Do not eat after 8pm
OK, I will post these on a little post it at work to keep it in mind!
