I think we all kinda know this now----but----(always that big "BUT"!)--- yesterday I heard a Dr. speak on CBC radio ----about how exercise can correct our chromosomes which have been destroyed probably due to some environmental thing---They studied identical twins --their identical cells-----and why one twin would develop a cancer and one wouldn't----Environment played a big part, but they found that when a cell has been weakened and thus vulnerable to cancer, it can be repaired with exercise .
Very interesting!!!
So------when it's cold (as it is this morning)-and when I feel lazy (as I do this morning)-it just might behoof me to keep my cells healthy and get moving----as in EXERCISE!!!

Good morning ------It's Day #3 on my "better eating"" --and "no eating at bedtime" day---and I'm still gaining weight---but-------with some exercise----like --right now----and later in the day---I am hopeful that I CAN turn this around-

    I AM praying for you! And you will lose weight again...I have been really good for 5 days today on the eating but last night felt like emoticon and wondered what was up????? But after getting up a bazillion times in the night for "water" trips...this morning I felt MUCH thinner!

    My friend was part of a study about exercising effects while going through cancer treatment....it was amazing to see the effects of her exercising even when she was ridiculously ill from chemo....her recovery time was fast and she was nowhere near as ill as those in the study who didn't exercise regularly.

    Exercise plays an amazing role in our bodies!

    Great blog. I enjoyed it. It made me laugh. I thought it was quite interesting. I'm going to repair some cells by taking a walk outside. Your blog was very motivational. emoticon
