I think we all kinda know this now----but----(always that big "BUT"!)--- yesterday I heard a Dr. speak on CBC radio ----about how exercise can correct our chromosomes which have been destroyed probably due to some environmental thing---They studied identical twins --their identical cells-----and why one twin would develop a cancer and one wouldn't----Environment played a big part, but they found that when a cell has been weakened and thus vulnerable to cancer, it can be repaired with exercise .
So------when it's cold (as it is this morning)-and when I feel lazy (as I do this morning)-it just might behoof me to keep my cells healthy and get moving----as in EXERCISE!!!

Good morning ------It's Day #3 on my "better eating"" --and "no eating at bedtime" day---and I'm still gaining weight---but-------with some exercise----like --right now----and later in the day---I am hopeful that I CAN turn this around-
