Monday Migrane lol!

So I'm here at work, hung over from two coronas... wht the heck! I'm just worn out and have a migrane brewing lol. Oh well, yesterday was fun watching the game with friends and snacking. Yes, I said snacking. I have managed to overeat all weekend. In thinking things through, I was much better with my habits when i blogged daily. I havent been doing that this time around and I havent been as successful. So my add in for this week is to blog daily. In addition, I start gym class this week. As a requirement for school, i must complete gym... and i don't have a good attitude towards going to the college meat market to work out. I do so much better when I'm on my own. But, in an effort to complete the requirement to graduate and loose weight, i must do it! I think going in the morning before work will be more my style. I use to work out in the evenings, after dinner and it worked out great! We will see how this all goes. My plan for the week is this:

Work out 3-4 days at 6am, before work
Blog daily
Eat within my calorie range and according to a healthy diet
Sleep atleast 6 hours a night

With work and my 3 classes... lets hope i make it through the week!
