I LOST A POUND- (but I feel I shudda lost 10 pounds!)
You see----I began to do some serious Sparking on Feb-1st-
I gained a half a pound--Feb 2nd, 3rd, and 4th----EVERY DAY!
And I was just about doing everything right----
(This is weight I've already lost---24 times----)-recycled weight----so ashamed!
Yesterday I stepped it up---drank more water--exercised a full 30 minutes plus did a bit more Dreadmiling after supper---I consciously tried VERY hard yesterday---
It was a lot of ""mind over matter""-----trying to shut out that voice that kept telling me about feeling sorry for myself for not getting cereal instead of the most dreaded boiled egg----
BUT------It worked----Hopefully I can keep those scales going DOWN---
Feb--March----I could get 10 pounds off by then--
Sparklers---thank-you for all your encouragement--
Did I tell you too, that son#2 the Air Canada Pilot had to fuel up in Montreal, then take his entire planeful of people back to Toronto (after not being able to land in Halifax due to icey runways)---He called the next morning after a long night--
Time to get to that boiled egg---that I'm trying to love-----and ever onward to the dreadmill---
