Eat Banana bread-NOT!

By eating banana bread before bed, when it is NOT allowed in my amount of daily calories, will NOT get the weight off!----(I didn't last night-whew!!!)
By cutting back on my treadmill time, will NOT get the weight off---(oh some days it's so hard!)-
By NOT drinking enough water all day, will NOT help to keep the weight off!--(water instead of a light beer in the afternoon is better too!)
So-----I am 6 days into turning the new leaf---no more weight loss (recycled) to-day--but--I shall ""stick to my guns "" here!----Son #2 the Pilot had a layover last night in Ottawa--Son#3 the Policeman-and family, return home to-day, from Cuba--I do miss him--a lot!--Yesterday I had a piano lesson----(I wasn't as good as I had hoped!)-but---(the big ""butt""---)
To-day I shall Spark as if my life depends on it-----IT DOES!!!!!------
