New Committment

I really need to curb the binges at the end of the week. I'm doing excellently Monday and Tuesday. If I could even stretch that to Saturday through Monday, I would be losing a lot more weight.

My committment for this week is:

I will allow myself one binge a day Wed, Thur and Fri. The rest of the meals will be healthy.

I will exercise every single day. On the insanely busy days, I will get at least 10 minutes. It's 10 minutes - even I can get that done!

    I know about binges I sometimes have night binges but I m trying 2 work on it

    I dont have the will power not to binge so i am trying to binge on veggies instead

    Just so you know I am here supporting you. I know how hard getting binges under control can be. What is it you are mainly binging on? Is it more like a cheat meal or full fledged binge (eat everything in site)? Weekends are my hardest and lately it seems lunch time daily is too. Like I just can't get full.     Why don't you go with a mini-binge one day. Binge brings to mind - out of control. Hang in there! It's a tough road. If you get through one week you'll be motivated to get through another. And 10 minutes a day works!
