I really need to curb the binges at the end of the week. I'm doing excellently Monday and Tuesday. If I could even stretch that to Saturday through Monday, I would be losing a lot more weight.
My committment for this week is:
I will allow myself one binge a day Wed, Thur and Fri. The rest of the meals will be healthy.
I will exercise every single day. On the insanely busy days, I will get at least 10 minutes. It's 10 minutes - even I can get that done!
