yesturday the kids and i made some scrummy date and nut biscuits(sorry forgot to take photos)they were so scrummy i had two last night and two this morning.wanted more but stopped my self.gave a plateful to my nephew.gave the kids another two each and the rest i took to the kindergarten forthe teachers as a valentines treat.they were over joyed.i was just happy to get them out of the house so i wouldn´t eat them lol.i could have kept them and ate them but i got rid of them instead.so proud of me for that and double win that the people i gave it to was nicely surprized.another thing i am proud of myself for is that today i reached the 100,000 fitness minutes mark.something i didn´t think( or maybe i did subconciously )i would achieve for a long time.anyway back to washing the sicky bedding from ayyub last night.life goes on.have a great valentines day everyone.

EILEA73 I love the "after" feeling of resisting a temptation! It can be hard as heck at first but makes me feel a sense of accomplishment later on when I'm saying, "wow, I'm so glad I didn't eat that so and so..."!!
