2.5 more GONE

Down 2.5 pounds this week. I can't complain and can't really give myself a pat on the back for it, I didn't really do much of anything. I only did 40 minutes of actual exercise this week because I've got this creeping crud, although hiking around campus from building to building should count as something. ;)
I think the only saving grace I had this week was that I didn't really eat much. I can't smell anything because my nose is so stuffed up. So if I can't smell anything, I can't taste anything. What's the joy in eating if you can't taste it?
Yesterday I made my middle son a PB sandwich for lunch and before tossing the knife into the sink I slid the leftover PB (from the knife) onto my finger. I love PB, but this time I couldn't taste it...it was just like a pasty substance... like eating glue. I had a pickle at my lunchtime and, again, couldn't taste it at all. No joy in not being able to taste anything. There is one perk though, not being able to smell makes changing poopy diapers much more pleasant. *giggle*
I'm starting to be able to smell things again...slightly. So hopefully I'll be totally mended by Tuesday or Wednesday. *crosses fingers*
Goals for next week are the same as they were this week since I didn't really accomplish them very well.
1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day
2. Get 90 minutes of exercise this week
3. Track *all* my food. I skipped a few days because, well, I didn't eat much.
