Great Choices Today...

Better choice today, I was really wanting that piece of apple pie, instead of eating the whole piece I ate half, then added a healthier 2nd snack with having a multi-grain rice cake with 1 tablespoon of light peanut butter. I feel better already...yay Judith guess what? my calories stayed within my values @ 1285, carbs @ 181, fat @ 37 and my protein @ 68... I had 8 fruits and veggies today, I did good.... I met my total values for today even with eating the lesser of good choices, however, because I didn't deprive myself I ended up my coming out on top...yes, it's all about moderation and self-control...YES emoticon emoticon emoticon
