The scale decided to go back down. I'll take it. I met all my goals fairly well yesterday- I ate within my calorie range (low end actually) and ate lots of fruit and veggies. I also drank 8 cups of water and walked for 30 min- pretty good for a day with working 9 hours. The scale rewarded me with a lower number. :) Let's see what I can make it do tomorrow morning! hee hee

Well my computer definitely has some serious issues, including the monitor being busted but I am still able to get on here and log. I'll just use it this way till we can afford to buy a seperate monitor and flexible keyboard to use on the boat I guess.
