I have been having trouble staying within my recommended calorie limit. I will never be truly successful until I harness the undisciplined eating beast within. I have done it before. I just need to get back on track. So.... here's to a week of healthy new beginnings for us all.
PS- These drinks are totally calorie reduced! lol
