What new habit do I want to develop?

I'd like to develop the new habit of thinking each and every time, before I give in to one of my bad habits. Since I have many BAD habits I should be thinking alot!!! Ha ha. And, Always thinking of the consequences before even a few choices I am faced with in a day, could lead to GREAT accomplishments. So how do I plan to do this? Well, that's for tomorrows challenge blog.

    It's easier to change bad habits if you focus on ONE bad habit at a time, and as you conquer it then add one more thing to work on while mainaining the success you've accomplished from changing the first bad habit. And, on and on till you find yourself right where you want to be.

    Sometimes it is hard to think before giving in to our bad habits, since that is exactly what they are is habits, and they come naturally since we have done them so much. I know from experience! LOL!
