What new habit do I want to develop?

I'd like to develop the new habit of thinking each and every time, before I give in to one of my bad habits. Since I have many BAD habits I should be thinking alot!!! Ha ha. And, Always thinking of the consequences before even a few choices I am faced with in a day, could lead to GREAT accomplishments. So how do I plan to do this?
