I'm going to wean myself off coffee. Challenge Blog Day 2

Until the last year one or two coffees a day was enough. I use the no sugar sweetner, it's 15 cals per tbls. So calories is not my concern. I was just diagnosed with adrenal exhaustion. Which means my adrenal glands are not doing their job. One of the symptoms of this malady is fatigue. I have been drinking at least 6 cups (most in an iced coffee) a day. Most of them to get me through the afternoon. I thought I just liked coffee a lot now. Now I know why I'm using so much caffiene. So, finally being aware of why my body needs a boost, or 6 boosts a day, has made me know why I've been drinking so much of the stuff.
Which brings me to todays challenge of how I am going to do this. In yesterday's blog I mentioned making a habit of stopping and thinking before I do something that can sabotage my diet (or in this instance my health). Something that has become a bad habit is soooo much coffee. I am going to substitute coffee with more water. I also make a cranwater drink with stevia, and have 64 oz of that made up to use each day. I'll be so full of other liquid, I hope I just couldn't drink any more anyway.
BTW, the naturopath is working with me to correct the adrenal fatigue.
