I have been surrounding myself with fruits and vegetables. I'm finding when you eat a lot of these its really hard to find room for something inappropriate like a bag of chips. I have to stay on top of the grocery shopping and keep resisiting any urge to splurge. Being lighter on my feet will be worth it! So far I've lost 2 lbs. Apparently crossing my fingers, toes etc is working.
