I need to make my goal in many things moderation. In my diet, I tend to go for an all or nothing attitude. I tend to treat my eating like I treat other aspects of my life, and very little progress ever occurs this way.

    I agree, it is hard not to feel like you've failed if you don't hit your goals perfectly. It is important to remember if you have progress with moderation than you are succeeding. That really is success in the weight-loss journey. Going for perfect, failing and giving up is not! So here's to PERFECT MODERATION ;)

    I can relate to your blog. Moderation and balance are two things that I have struggled with for a while.
