Week 1/Day 1--MONDAY

I am pretty sure that this time change is killing me! I could not sleep for anything last night and got up and ran my butt off at work. It was absolutely crazy there today! I did so well with my meals! I could have done better by shaving off some cheese or maybe some jam, but for the most part, I did so good! I was routinely eating at least 2500 calories per day. Today I was below 2000. About 400 over my goal for the day, but it is a work in process and I am happy with it :) I also went all day with NOT ONE SODA!!! Not even a diet!! I had a slight headache late in the afternoon, but other than that, I felt great. As for the fitness part of my day.....I did not get in any formal exercise. I woke up late and by the time I got home, I was beat. I know...that is not an excuse. But I am confident that I will reach my goal for the week. It's only Monday. It's all good! ;) I did wear my fit bit today and tracked over 6800 steps just at work.....That is something at least!! Here's to a better tomorrow!! Goodnight all!!
