Feeling good and making it stick

It's been about 2 weeks since I got serious about this challenge. Which challenge? Spritied Underdogs or the lifetime weight loss/weight gain/exercise/stay healthy challenge? Well both actually.
I'd certainly like to keep this going--boy does it feel good to stay within my eating plan. (and exercise too)
It is not easy though. I know there are many others on this website that have done it.I'd like to do it too. I'd rather not have to go through this one more time.
I can't afford to forget how bad I felt when I started and how good I feel a measly 2 weeks later.
So simple but so difficult. Boy, this is worth it. Make it stick.
