My doctor just called and told me my cholesterol levels were greater than 4. I asked if that is bad and she said its not bad but not good and that i need to cut out the fat and exercise 1 hour a day. I can do that....Yeah , i have been trying to do this for years and i keep falling back into the couch potato with a big bag of potato chips.
Maybe this is the push i need though.
Is levels greater than 4 really bad?
