SLOW IS FAST

159.5! Haven't seen that number in about 6 years! It will probably go up tomorrow, it usually does but my overall progress seems to be going down still.

I woke up this morning and thought about something that Brett says all the time when it comes to working on boats.. I thought about it and it totally applies to a healthy lifestyle change.

"SLOW IS FAST"

A lot of people try to lose weight fast by pills or dieting and they end up losing the weight but soon they gain it back because they didn't learn how to change their eating lifestyle healthfully. I have learned this last couple months on Spark that losing weight isn't just about the lbs but about my health and lifestyle. It's a long-term change that will have long-term effects. And I am so pleased that I am headed in the right direction.
