So this marks the end of week one. I did so good all week until Friday. Friday evening started with pizza and by Sunday, I had blown all of my good work out of the water. Ha! I need to have a plan for next weekend. As for my goals for the week, I did well on the nutrition part....as for the workouts....not so good. So for this next week, I will continue to limit my diet soda intake and stay away from regular soda. I am going to, again, workout at least 3 days this week. I will also do at least 3 days of some type of strength training. My main focus, however, is going to be the weekend to come. I know I am not perfect, nor do I expect to be, but I have got to be better than I was this weekend. Just because it's the weekend I do not need to have a binge fest. I need to keep control. If I have a slip up, I need to buck up and do better next time, not throw the entire weekend in the trash. I am really nervous about weigh in in the morning, but I am not going to let it get to me too bad. If I haven't lost, I know why and I know what to do to fix that.
