I did Nutrisystem last year as a jump start and I did pretty good (lost 21). The food got a little boring by July but I stuck it out til August which was the date to start WEIGHT WATCHERS. I have always loved Weight watchers. I am a lifer. I started in August and have lost 32 so far. I love it because I can eat regular food. I use Saturday (weigh-in day) as a stay in points + weeklies day. I eat anything I was craving. Nutrition goes out the window on those days. I love my meeting. My leader is awesome and the people are great.
I love that fruit is 0 points now.
