Yesterday was an almost pertfect Spark day--till bedtime----
I then ate "'cheesies""----- ----Crazy!!!!----
Consistency will get the weight off----
More calories out than consumed----would help too---

Plus, Thursday, I will rejoin the "Weight loss group"" that I find so boring----
They have a set of scales---It's a long drive in there tho--
I figure I need all the help I can get---one more incentive to be consistent---

The Germans are SO so happy to be home--
They have slept a lot since returning home.
Would I board them in that kennel again??--
---probably not----I just didn't have a good feeling when I picked them up---
This was a new Boarding kennel I was trying out----
When I left them, it seemed OK----When I picked them up--the owner wouldn't allow me inside the kennel-----then when she did-----it didn't feel right--
You know----I know I could run a dog kennel and do a better job than a lot of places---
It's very hard to find a place for a pet which is clean----safe---and where the "runs" and kennels are large enough--

And so, here I am jabbering away-----and it's time to walk Coal and Tess---
It's Sunday Sparklers----
This evening I will break out the knitting----not --the cheesies---
Have a Sparkly good day----but ---smile at an old lady somewhere in your travels to-day----Trust me---It will make her day--(It could be me!)-

I have our daughters two small dogs while they are away. I don't trust anyone with these little ones. So happy we can look after them for them. emoticon emoticon

Glad to see you back safe and sound. Glad the Germans are back as well. At least they had each other there. We had a few good kennels and a one very bad kennel and you always find out after the fact.
Cheesies ..they are my weakness! Keep them hidden from me for sure.
Enjoy your knitting this evening. emoticon

emoticon emoticon back! I MISSED you! It was nice son #2...the pilot took over for you again, though! And more than anything I am GLAD those German babies are back home where they belong! It's so hard when we have to leave the babies...I never trusted ANYONE.

Relax and enjoy your knitting! emoticon

Ah well . . . the dang "cheesies"! Today is another day, another chance.

Hmmm . . . there is NO way I'd have a good feeling either if the kennel owner would not let you see the kennel area! Glad coal & Tess are home and happy.

HUGS sweetie. You can do it.

You are so right when you say consistency is the key to weight loss. My downfall, which used to be chocolate, is Cheddar Chex Mix. Hubby likes it too and will occasionally buy a bag at the grocery store. We call in crack in a bag because it is so hard not to have more after having a small amount.

    Have a great consistent Sunday!!!

Welcome back! I hope you had a wonderful trip. I don't trust kennels too much either. We had a rough week. Indi got very sick. We thought she had a stroke. She couldn't get up or walk or anything. We took her to the vet, but he told us to take her to the emergency hospital. She spent a day and night there. They gave her meds and we took her home. She has vestibular disease. It mimics a stroke with the same symptoms. If it is centered in the ear, she will gradually get better. If it is caused by a tumor in her brain, then she will not. She does seem a little better. We are hoping for the best. I am not ready to lose her. Hug those Germans! Have a great day! emoticon
