Back on Track

A few weeks ago, I was preparing healthy meals of whole fruits and veggies, beans, and nuts and seeds. I was experiencing a steady and healthy weight loss. Then, as it tends to do, life happened and as I became overwhelmed with stress I started eating more of the processed junk I grew up with for comfort, and ended up regaining much of the weight I had lost. But that ends today!! I am back to eating my salt-free, added sugar-free foods. I am excited to try out a healthy chili recipe and get back on track with weight loss and a healthy lifestyle! I know that when I eat well I feel better and am able to manage stress better as well, so I am working on building up my healthy eating habits so that healthy foods eventually become my comfort food.
