This weeks challenge

I don't know why but since it is part of the challenge this week my numbers seem to be falling into place. Maybe it's because I am paying more attention to what I am eating or that because I can get points for it I am more focused. IDK but it's working for me and that is all that matters.

This weekend I took it easy on Saturday and all of my exercise minutes were from walking, nothing extreme. Today we went to Griffith park again to climb the mountains. DH has specific route that he like that is just killer, he makes me run as much of it as I can and then we take a short break once we get to the top. My fitbit counted all the hills I climbed as steps so I climbed 95 sets of stairs according to my tracker.

I am looking forward to seeing if I can get at least 10,000 steps everyday and to see how far I can get on my journey with this new toy.
