Keeping on and doin' it!

Tracking food, does make a difference----For the past 2 days, I've journaled----in a tiny book on the kitchen table--then I transfer it to Spark in the evening---It never ceases to amaze me how many calories there are in---EVERYTHING---
Last evening, I broke out ----the knitting-----It keeps my fingers out of the kitchen---
So far, the scales haven't budged-----still sitting at the all-time high--of recycled fat----
But--I know if I stay consistant, they will start to go down--

To-day it is going up to plus 6C here----the highest this year -- emoticon
I am still in the ""post holiday feeling good mode""---Doncha just wish you could harness this ""feel good feeling"" and keep it forever----????
Soon it will be time to break out that "solar dryer""----
So------It's about exercise-----walking the Germans--staying away from Easter candy---being happy--and not letting the bitchy people get to you!----
We CAN do this!!!--We are Sparkly people!--We ware healthy wannabe Losers!!!
