Had one of my really good walks today

I walked 3 miles today which hasn't happened in a long time. I want to get back to that being my norm. It's my preferred form of exercise and without getting out to walk, I don't move around much. I'm going to start wearing my pedometer again to set goals for steps per day beyond my walk. This will motivate me to get up from the computer and move around.
