I AM DOWN A POUND!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
Am I ever happy!!!-
-Of course, it's recycled weight---That means I've lost this same weight a zillion times----
But(the big "Butt")-this time --finally--I am taking this very serious!---
That is because, on a recent trip, walking thru the airport, I was short of breathe--because of the weight hanging on my frame--around my heart---
And so, I began to journal--on Spark--AGAIN!
I stepped up the exercise--
When himself and I went to McDonalds last night, I went online and on the Spark Journal, I typed in various sandwiches to find which sandwich might have the least amount of calories--There are a lot of calories in just about everything--
I decided on a filet of fish sandwich--brought my own salad and a banana---
I won't tell you what himself devoured---
Last evening, I broke out the.........knitting-------kee
p the ol' fingers working-----
This A.M.--DOWN-------went the scales---WooWoo!!!!
It's a new beginning-----lotza more pounds to go------but------I'll look at 10 for now!
It's off to the gym-----(in the basement!)---The laundry was done after 7pm last night---(trying to beat the power company billing)---
Good Day Sparkly People!!!------I luv ya!

I am a McDonalds NUT, we love to go there My tracker is full of what I might eat but always without the BUN!. They usually give you it in a b ox with extra lettuce.

I always buy 2 side salads from the dollar menu and my favourite dressing is NEWMAN"S OWN BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE. I open and use just half and I take the rest home. I eat the second salad at the next meal and the second dressing I use on my own Romaine lettuce.
Our McDonalds do not allow any food to be brought in to the restaurant. There are big signs on the door.

emoticon LOSING your weight and keep it up, Thanks Pat in mainer.

Congrats to you!! Woohoo! I have let everything slip this past week. I will try to get it back. Indi is finally doing better!! Woohoo, too! She can get up and walk now. She is still wobbly and falls down, but it is progress. We are trying to get her to eat more. Hopefully we will get there. Thanks for your concern, I really appreciate it. We took her back to the vet yesterday, and he said she looks better. She should continue to improve! Now that she is out of the woods, I can go visit my sick Mom in Michigan. Enjoy the rest of your day! Spark on! emoticon
