Streak Day 24

This week is going great and I have my Fitbit One to thank for that. This makes it so much easier because now I know how much I am moving and because it sync to SP I no longer have to figure out how to track my efforts. I need to work on getting better and longer sleep patterns though because at this point I am only getting about 6.5 hours a night.
Exercise this week has really jumped because I have been doing different workouts and I tend to run them all the way through which is about 70 minutes. Today I only did 15 minutes of cardio and 2 10 minute arm ST workouts because my legs are sore and I had to do 100 squats for the squat challenge that I started last week. We went for a 2.5 mile walk/run this evening as well so I got plenty of steps and cardio in anyways. I am hoping that we will continue to go out every evening for either a walk or a run as I could really use all the cardio I can get so I can lose this weight.
Week 5 is coming to a close and we are only 3 weeks away from the end of my 5% challenge. I am no where near meeting my 5% loss right now but if everything keeps going as it is right now then I should see a pretty good loss by the end of week 8. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and my fitbit on!
