That's how the scale works with me too. I usually won't commit to changing my ticker until I've seen a number (or lower) for a solid week! I'd rather wait to enter it then have to change it back to the higher number! It's all mental though. In the end, as long as you're being consistent and doing what you are supposed to, it doesn't really matter what that stupid scale says! In the past few weeks the scale wasn't budging for me at all! But I was losing inches, so who cares?! Are you using any other methods to measure your progress besides the scale? 2666 days ago
