emoticon emoticon emoticon -2.0 this week.... -21.4 so far this round!!!

VERY EXCITING FOR THIS OL' GAL!!! (Especially since the drs told me I could only hope to lose -1 lb per month!)

emoticon MY Body Fat HAS REDUCED down from 64.1 to 53.0 this round!!!
emoticon My Hydration percentage has changed from 26.2 to 34.3 this round!!!
**(lean muscle mass is measured by hydration, muscles hold more water.)
emoticon My Weight HAS REDUCED down from 289.9 to 268.4 this round!!!
emoticon I've reduced two decades!!!

INTERESTING... My scale has consistently landed on that .4 ounce mark?! I often lose EXACTLY -2 lbs each week, down to the .4 ounce mark. WEIRD!

Okay, the mystery question is... WHY does my my body lose weight after a "night's" sleep? It's not like I am urinating 3 lbs off during the night!

SCENARIO: I worked all night long (yesterday was insane with painting deliveries and pick-ups, and hanging art on my new retail location so I worked 20 hours straight). I texted our fearless CHALLENGE leader before flopping into bed at 8:00 am this morning to tell her I'd weigh in when I awoke later this afternoon.

She quickly texted back, "Why not weigh-in now?"

I "knew" why I didn't weigh in BEFORE going to bed... it's the same reason YOU might not weigh in before going to bed... because my weight is ALWAYS higher at night after all three meals and massive water consumption. I ALWAYS weigh less in the morning after a good night's sleep... but I decided to do an experiment and weigh-in before going to bed... then again, after I wake up from a "night's" sleep (which is the time I typically weigh-in) ... buck naked, of course.

emoticon emoticon Weigh-in at night = 271.4
emoticon emoticon Weigh-in this morning = 268.4
(there's that mystery .4 lbs my scale must tease me with...)

Wild, isn't it!?

Gotta go package paintings and rush them to FedEx. Back later...
