Well, I have finally tested myself with the activity alittle too much. Knees are inflammed to the point of can barely walk to the bathroom, so painful. Will take a couple of days to recover. (ongoing off/on problem). I have a problem with the pool being only 4 ft deep and I am 5'11 so the no impact is not no impact. PLAN: after able to move get back to pool but no jumpimg jacks! AND KEEP ON TRUCKING!
