I tried the cauliflower crust for my experiment. It is a Spark recipe but I substituted FF cheese and added some garlic, and sprinkled it with Italian seasoning. It was pretty tasty, make sure you cook it long enough so it is crispy. I used low carb marinara, grilled chicken, artichokes, mushrooms, skim milk mozz cheese and a sprinkle of parm. Calories for total pizza 755, 95 cal per slice! Can't beat that!
