I tried the cauliflower crust for my experiment. It is a Spark recipe but I substituted FF cheese and added some garlic, and sprinkled it with Italian seasoning. It was pretty tasty, make sure you cook it long enough so it is crispy. I used low carb marinara, grilled chicken, artichokes, mushrooms, skim milk mozz cheese and a sprinkle of parm. Calories for total pizza 755, 95 cal per slice! Can't beat that!

    Here ya go Peggers! I used less cheese but it turned out good I think. I liked it because it was just a little different spin on the cauliflower crust.

    emoticon I like this recipe as well! I also found one that used spinach instead of cauliflower. It is good too but I think it works better as a wrap then pizza crust.

    I love this as well! Tried it for the first time this summer on vacation and now my Aunt and Uncle in Florida keep making it as well! Yum!
