Another goodie:
I put a bottle of plain kefir in my little two quart ice cream maker, added lemon extract, truvia, and a touch of yellow food coloring and cranked it up. Came out pretty tasty, texture was kinda like an italian ice, not creamy though.

The only thing in it with calories is kefir and it is 110 a cup, it should be alittle less per cup because the ice cream maker puts air in it and it swells. So you should be good with a heaping cup. I have already thrown my bottle away but I think a cup of kefir has 12 carbs? don't quote me on that. 2838 days ago
