My BLC Break Plan - concise!

I am not a details person...... my plan is The Plan, to keep working away at finding out what I react to. I am seeing a specialist this Firday re my hip, and depending on his advice will ease back into exercise. I am absolutely determined to lose the weight this time, there are no excuses, no delays, it has to happen this year. I have the time, I must use it wisely.
I would love to have lost another 10lbs by the time BLC22 starts.
