On Wednesday I will finish my 30 day Squat challenge with 250 squats, so only 3 days left. Thank God tomorrow is a rest day because I have a feeling that Tuesday and Wednesday are going to be pretty tough on my legs!
On Saturday I will make my last post to the 5% Winter to Spring Challenge that started 8 weeks ago. I couldn't be happier that I received and accepted an invitation to this challenge as it has helped me be more active on SP and in life. Knowing that I had an entire team counting on my exercise minutes or on how well I faced the LTGL challenge each week pushed me to give as much as I could.
Things that have changed over the last 8 weeks:
1) My Confidence
2) My Weight
3) My Motivation
4) My activity level
5) My tracking, blogging and paying attention to my SP friends
I can't wait to start another challenge that will keep me as grounded and focused on my journey and hope to see you all there with me!
